Themed"DeepeningBusinessAssociationCooperation,JointlyPromotingTradeandInvestmentFacilitation,"theeventwasattendedbyapproximately120representativesfromgovernmentagencies,businessassociations,financialinstitutions,andenterprisesfromChina,Morocco,France,Tunisia,andothercountries.

ChinaandMoroccoenjoyaprofoundtraditionalfriendship,withthebilateraleconomicandtradecooperationcontinuingtoheatup.

DengLuoxing,first-levelinspectoroftheCCPITHunanSub-council,spokeattheevent.Hementionedthat,in2025,thetotalimportandexportvolumebetweenHunanandMoroccoreached339millionUSD,ayear-on-yearincreaseof16.9%,withimportsfromMoroccogrowingby287.18%.SinceMay1thisyear,Chinahasfullyimplementedzero-tarifftreatmentcoveringall53Africancountrieswithwhichithasdiplomaticties.Hunanhasbeenamongthefirsttoenjoythepolicydividends.TheCCPITHunanSub-councilwillcontinuetoplayitsroleasabridgeandlink,facilitatingmoreHunanenterprisesto"goglobal"whileattractingenterprisesfromMoroccoandotherAfricancountriestoinvestanddevelopinHunan,sharingdevelopmentopportunities.

LuoYejian,vicepresidentoftheCCPITChangshaBranch,highlightedChangsha'sindustrialadvantagesandbusinessenvironment.RepresentativesfromeightenterprisesfrombothChinaandMoroccotookthestagetopromotetheirproductsinsuchfieldsasequipmentmanufacturing,newenergy,smartdevices,householdproducts,andexhibitionservices,showcasingrichpotentialforcooperation.

Duringthethematicdialoguesession,sevenrepresentativesfromChina,Morocco,France,Tunisia,andothercountriesengagedinin-depthdiscussionsontopicsincluding"ExperienceSharingandCooperationNeeds"and"OvercomingChallengesinCross-BorderCooperation."Theyputforwardpragmaticsuggestionsonaspectssuchassharedinformationplatform,jointlegalguidelines,andfinancialsupportplans,offeringpracticableapproachesforfuturecollaboration.

Duringtheevent,theCCPITHunanSub-councilsignedfriendshipcooperationagreementswiththeGeneralConfederationofMoroccanEnterprises(CGEM),theTunisianCenterforExportPromotion(CEPEX),andtheMoroccanChineseBusinessAssociation.Additionally,theHunan-AfricaBusinessServiceCompanysignedcooperationagreementswiththeMoroccoGaoShiImportExportCompanyandtheMoroccoShenzhouVoyageTravelAgency.ThesefurthercementedthefoundationforcooperationbetweenHunanandMoroccoineconomyandtrade,cultureandtourism,andcommercialservices,facilitatingthediversificationanddeepeningofbilateraltrade,culturalandtourismexchanges,andindustrialcollaboration,injectingstrongmomentumintothelong-termandstableeconomicandtradecooperationbetweenHunanandAfrica.
