A cooperation agreement signing ceremony took place during the China-Africa Cities Cooperation (Changsha) Forum in Changsha on the morning of June 30, 2023. At the signing ceremony, Changsha signed the Supplementary Agreement on Deepening Friendly Exchanges (2023-2027) with Entebbe, Uganda, and the Letter of Intent on the Establishment of Sister City Relationship with Sikasso, Mali.
